This person tied to my desire but the key element to remember is: God is the only one my hope should be tied to. He is the Giver of Gifts and Provider of Hope, Author of our Faith. Not only does all fall short to His glory therefore not worthy to be determinants of hope and trust, but all are under the sovereignty of God.

Is that not what a miracle is, God intervening in areas where we have no control or rational input to the situation’s output? We have conditioned ourselves to believe that our only two options are: logical sense or miracles, as though the two cannot coexist but surely God is just as active in the human-logic as He is in the grand miracles.

I encourage you all to meet with Him. If He has called you to meet with Him at a divine appointment, despite the war you may be experiencing in your heart or mind, obedience to Him is the gateway to deliverance and victory by His might. You don’t have to fight, just show up and let Him take the reigns.
